If you're not completely satisfied with our product, you may return any sealed & unopened portion of your order for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Terms

Unopened bags of beef jerky are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, not including any tax or shipping fees that may have been paid at the time of your order.

Opened bags are non-refundable.

Refunds that are not requested within 30 days of the original purchase date may be denied.

Sale items, or items purchased with a discount code, will be refunded at the sale price and not at the full retail price.

Unredeemed gift cards may be eligible for a refund; however, the refund will be issued to the purchaser only, not the recipient.

To begin your return, please contact us with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return. Once approved, you may ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with your return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the returned items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and it should appear in your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
