Shipping policy

Items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise selected by the customer at checkout.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as the package has a label assigned to it in the system. While most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control.

If an order is lost by the carrier or does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact us for assistance.

Delivery failures due to misaddressed packages or refusing the delivery will not be refunded.
